About the Department
The Department of Chemistry established in the year 1951. Agrochemicals and Fertilizers have been introduced under restructuring of courses with the financial assistance of UGC. Analytical Chemistry has been introduced in 1981. PG in Analytical Chemistry introduced in the year 1996 and PG Organic Chemistry introduced in the year 2004 as self financing courses.
